- Pre-session intake questionnaire so we use the meeting time on solutions, not background

Monthly Support Retainer — Standard
Steady, priority support for a site that's live and producing. You get a reliable contact for questions, issues, and small maintenance tasks — without the overhead of hiring in-house.
What's included:
- Up to 2 hours of support time per month (unused time rolls over one month)
- Priority response within 1 business day
- Monthly plugin, theme, and WordPress core update review
- Basic uptime and security monitoring check-in
Best for bloggers with an established site who want technical peace of mind without managing it themselves.
Monthly Support Retainer — Extended
For bloggers managing multiple sites, or a single site with more active technical needs — heavier content schedules, ad network optimization, ongoing performance work, or workflow improvements.
What's included:
- All Standard tier items
- Up to 4 hours of support time per month
- Quarterly performance audit with written report
- One included strategy call per quarter
Best for multi-site operators or bloggers with a high-volume content schedule.
Project Work
Some work doesn't fit a retainer — a one-time theme migration, a site speed overhaul, a new site build on an existing domain, or setting up a workflow system you've been putting off. Project work is scoped and quoted after a brief intake conversation so you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts.
Common project types:
- WordPress site migrations and theme changes
- Performance and Core Web Vitals improvement
- Plugin audit and cleanup
- Editorial workflow setup (ClickUp, Google Sheets, or similar)

How It Works
- Fill out the intake form. A short questionnaire covers your site, your hosting setup, and what you're trying to solve. It takes about five minutes and helps me understand your situation before we talk.
- Brief intro call. For retainer inquiries, there's a short no-commitment call to make sure it's a good fit on both sides. Project work can often be quoted directly from the intake form.
- Proposal and agreement. You'll receive a clear scope and price before anything starts. Retainer terms are month-to-month after an initial period; no long-term contracts. However, pricing discounts are available if paying annually.
- Ongoing work. Support requests go through the client portal, with a response commitment built into your retainer tier.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with bloggers outside the US?
Yes. All work is done remotely and I will work with English-speaking clients wherever they are located. Pricing is in US dollars.
What WordPress hosts do you support?
Most common managed WordPress hosts — Bigscoots, WP Engine, Cloudways, SiteGround, and others. If you're not sure, mention your host in the intake form.
What if I need something that isn't listed here?
Get in touch. If it's something I can help with, I'll say so. If it's outside my scope, I'll tell you that too.
Do you offer phone support?
A phone number is available for retainer clients. Day-to-day support requests go through the ticket system to keep things organized and trackable.
How do payments work?
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Project work is typically 50% at agreement, 50% on completion. Payments are processed securely by card or bank transfer.
